First founded in 2017, Revitalize Physiotherapy has now expanded and now offers services at 2 clinics situated in Wanneroo and Ellenbrook. Revitalize Physiotherapy is proudly owned and operated by Mark Haynes and Cassandra O’Halloran, who are both actively involved in the day-to-day running of the clinic and treating patients.

At Revitalize Physiotherapy, we offer a comprehensive range of treatments, including hydrotherapy, balance and fall prevention classes, women’s health, Pilates, and gym rehabilitation.

We provide services to private patients with no referral necessary and accept all GP referrals for Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA), Workers’ Compensation (WC), Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) and Enhanced Primary Care (Medicare EPC) Plans. All our Physiotherapists see self-managed or plan-managed NDIS patients.
